Online Orders
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons:
- Essential Oils
- Oils
- Bath Washes
- Tinctures
- Herbs
- Any other sealed consumable products
This does not affect your statutory rights if the products are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Return Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us at hello@powerfulhand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Returned items should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Any upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@powerfulhand.com. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In-Store Purchases
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for goods purchased in-store where the customer has changed their mind, purchased the wrong item, purchased an incorrect quantity, or no longer requires the goods.
Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
