Online Orders
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons where applicable, particularly once opened or unsealed:
- Essential Oils
- Oils
- Bath Washes
- Tinctures
- Herbs
- Any other sealed consumable or hygiene-sensitive products
This does not affect your statutory rights if the products are faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly supplied.
Return Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us at hello@powerfulhand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Please include your order number, full name, and contact details inside the parcel so that we can identify and process your return.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are packaged securely and reach us safely. We recommend obtaining and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
Please do not return an item without including sufficient information for us to identify your order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel the entire order, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by law. If you selected an enhanced, express, or other premium delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
Refunds may be reduced where permitted by law if returned goods show signs of handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@powerfulhand.com.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can investigate promptly.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In-Store Purchases
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for goods purchased in-store where the customer has simply changed their mind, purchased the wrong item, purchased an incorrect quantity, or no longer requires the goods.
Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
