Ayumi Pure Cold Pressed Sesame Seed Oil is suitable for use in a variety of culinary dishes, adding a sweet, nutty flavour.
It is an excellent skin oil and emollient, with moisturising, softening and nourishing properties.
Til Seed oil is used by Ayurvedi practioners as for external massage to reduce dryness of the skin and alleviate the vata dosha. Due to the presence of sesamin and sesamolin, Sesame Oil has strong antioxidant properties that help to maintain the elasticity of the skin and to protect against aging.
